The carding ring produced by JSM is not a general carding element embedded with carcass and strips, but manufactured integrally. In this way, the phenomenon of sticking and winding caused by redundant grooves and burrs is avoided. In the process of rotary carding, the surface airflow skin layer is more stable and the fiber transfer smoother, which is conducive to improving the quality of the yarn evenness. 

The surface coating treatment of the carding ring makes the tooth tip and tooth edge more rounded and smooth, reducing fiber damage and fiber transfer resistance.

Due to its high wear resistance, the carding ring coated with diamond (DN) has a service life of 3 to 5 times that of ordinary rack, thus eliminating the trouble of frequent rack replacement and the possibility of quality decline of yarn. 

The high precision machining ensures the sharpness and concentricity of the tooth tip and the consistency of the height of all the tooth tips, which is an effective guarantee for high-quality yarns.
